Hi, I’m Chanel!

I am Licensed Professional Counselor based in Denver, Colorado with 5+ years of clinical experience. I graduated from the University of Denver with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am passionate about helping individuals struggling to find fulfillment in their relationships with others and with themselves.

As a relationship and anxiety therapist, I specialize in working with adults struggling to find happiness in their relationships, managing intrusive thoughts that lead to increased anxiety, and processing trauma that continues to impact current relationships. I also have experience worked with a range of mental health disorders including Generalized Anxiety, OCD, ADHD and Bipolar Disorder.

In session, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to challenge negative thinking patterns and change behavior, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to teach individuals tangible skills to better their day-to-day lives and Attachment Theory to explore the impact that one’s relationships have had on their ability to connect with people in their life currently.
